No, you don’t need to have a membership number to apply for the card, however you will be prompted to become a Flying Blue member during the application flow if you’re not one already. If you are already a member, you can simply enter your Flying Blue member number in the application process.

The annual XPs are rewarded after the completion of one year since you got approved for your Air France KLM World Elite Mastercard.
The welcome bonus XPs will be added directly to your Flying Blue account within 5-7 days.
Everyone that enrolls in the program starts as an Explorer. From Explorer, you can move up to Silver, to Gold, then to Platinum depending on how many Experience Points (XP) you gain. Each status has its own distinct privileges and benefits.

You can also earn accelerated Miles on flights with Air France, KLM, Transavia, Kenya Airways, SkyTeam, or other airline partners and by staying in a hotel or renting a car with one of Flying Blue partners. All your Miles are valid for life as long as you make a purchase with your credit card at least once every 2 years or if you take an eligible flight on Air France, KLM, Aircalin, Kenya Airways, TAROM or other airline partners of the Flying Blue program at least once every 2 years.

Yes, the Primary cardholder can view their Total Miles on the Dashboard page of the web portal and mobile app.

Yes, you can add family members to your account and assign a spending limit without granting access to your entire credit limit. Manage every aspect of your additional card right in your online portal and app. An annual fee of $50 applies to each additional card.

You can make a payment towards your Air France KLM World Elite Mastercard bySimply logging in to your mobile app or online portal and go select the to ‘Make a Payment’ option which is displayed on the Dashboard. Here, you can pay via your preferred financial institution or via Interac Online.
To make a payment to your card from your online web banking with your financial institution, log into your financial institution banking platform, search for Brim Financial in your bill payee list. The account number is your credit card number which is the number on the front of your physical card.
